EMSG provides small-to-medium batch electronic assembly services, typically for runs of under 50,000 units. All components undergo visual and automated optical (AOI) inspection under magnification to identify both component- and lead-level defects, such as missing components, reversed polarity, insufficient solder and more. We also offer more extensive in-circuit testing to ensure quality and compliance with a variety of regulatory standards.
